The Greatest Pain of All

Setting: In a commuter bus...

Woman #1: We suffer the worst pain...

Woman #2: The men have all the fun with us...

Woman #1: Then, they get up and go...

Woman #2: And there's the birth thing...

(A man turns around, irritated by their chatter)

Man: Don't be silly. Have you ever sat on your balls?

My Personal Postscript: Have you ever had blue balls :(

  5. I read a poem by KAO on the blog Savvy and she said something like they both had fun...you ate from her pot and she also did same. The enjoyment is mutual...it's funny as some women want it to look as if they never like it. But the blue balls is the greatest pain of all...

  6. when you sit on your balls you feel it ...
in your balls, in your penis, in your stomach, down the insides of your legs, in the small of your back and even your head hurts. balls pain is United Nations pain, 'the rest' are AU pain.

  7. Ei, Abena O. you are begging a dangerous question. But I will not ask it. Rather, I will repeat: have you ever had blue balls? In any case, I once saw a goat sit on its balls and it bleated all through the night!

  8. Yes, Raine, you should know it, since you've obviously experienced all women's pains as well as blue balls! Lol

Tell me this is worse than your blue balls or sitting on 'em. Oh and don't even start me on the childbirth...have you seen the size of the baby's head? We win! We win!

  20. Blue Balls Describes a Temporary, Minor Pain
The condition usually does not last long and the level of pain associated with blue balls is usually minor and can be exaggerated. Most men have been socialized to ejaculate when they get an erection during sexual activity. Failure to ejaculate and to feel orgasm often adds frustration and disappointment to the reality of the physical sensation.

Some men find that masturbation is a viable solution and are realizing that ejaculation is not a requirement in every sexual situation. This attitude allows both men and their partners to relax more and to learn that pleasure and meaning can exist without having to reach ejaculation and orgasm during every sexual encounter.

Men are not alone in experiencing the discomfort of unrelieved vasocongestion. Women's genitals also become engorged with blood during sexual arousal and, like their male counterparts, women can experience pelvic heaviness and aching if they do not reach orgasm.

  23. Am with the women on this one NY - we do have our equivalent to 'blue balls' and more! Hmm, I wonder what's the term for that? Blue ovaries? lol! Did learn something new today though - didn't know that you guys could actually sit on your balls.

  24. I am looooooooooooooooving this, NY!
Every one has got a cross to bear.
My point is: as far as the balls go the question of sitting on it occurs once in a blue moon.
The women on the other hand have no choice when it comes to the 'burdens' they deal with on a regular basis.
    Nice One!!!

  25. I have no idea what blue-balls is. Never experienced it. I suspect it is exaggerated.
But I'm yet to be convinced that pain associated with child birth and menstrual issues is greater than sitting on one's balls. Female pains may last longer but that singular male pain is brutal. You forget your own name, you forget which planet on which you are. Indeed, you doubt your own existence.
As for Woman No. 2's first statement, it is most pathetic.

  26. Hiiiiii Denise, yes, we can sit on them accidentally, especially where they are not held secure...

    ReplyDelete
  27. Thanks, Posekyere. You have a point about which inconvenience is more recurrent.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Yes, Kiz man, the pain is BRUTAL!

  29. I'm surprised no man has mentioned zipping their balls. Am I the only one who almost passed out and cried for zipping his balls or penis? yo?

    ReplyDelete
  30. No, I haven't experienced all pains. But I can't imagine blue balls being more painful than being hit in the boob. Horrible pain, yes. Does it compare to cramps? Not even close.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Qafui, yes, pubic-skin zipping is also a dangerous and painful 'sport'. How we men suffer!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Raine, what hit you in the boob? Share, share!

    ReplyDelete
  33. PLease! Men have a LIMITED number of creative ways in which their pride and joy may be hurt. Of course, they psychological interpretation of pain is largely clouded by gigantic egos.
Women however have LISTS of ways in which to experience physical and emotional pain. Now, lets talk about breast feeding a teething child. Oh and even more often than a man sits on his balls, there is the poor mother who raptures during child-birth....or a placenta tear....
cysts are more common than zipped male pubes and does anyone know that being raped, or entered without the necessary preparations caused a very dry friction that is.....PAINFUL? especially if it is not a small boy who is coming by.

  34. All I can say, Anon, is LOL!
