Just observing a trend, under military governments, soldiers have become rich. Under democracy, the wealth has gone to civilians. Corruption is always a coincidence...

  4. OK, steal the money. But please do some work! Use your position, influence & brain to move the country forward.
    At least make sure the company making the road to your hometown after you've pocketed 60% of the funds, actually does a great job.

    @ Mike: Fair enough, almost. In my book, don't even dare pocked 60% of the funds. My fear is one day people will rise again, and innocent me will belong on the wrong side of the chasm.
