Musical Chairs

In no telegraph time, I come to link my cell phone ring tone with the ten or so Undesirables that I would rather not hear from. Every one of those cringe-calls really rattles me. So, I shuffle my ring tone every month or two or three, according to when my Don’t-Pick list touches ten.

  2. Musical chairs-Ha! Wicked metaphor. Even more interesting routine; I don't I've heard of anyone who does this.

It sounds so....(cant think of the right word) but I'm on the brink of laughter at the 'tom & jerryness' of it all-these people must be quite the undesirable :)

  3. And Antye, it is not a fixed set of people. The members of the Don't-Pick list change from time to time!

  12. Had a good laugh at this one Nana. I don't have a don't pick list, but yes there are some people I would prefer not to hear from too. Problem is when they call and then I get another call immediately after I wonder if it's them trying from another phone... and then I become both predator and prey ;-) - that was a cool blog post as well!

  15. I know that problem. But I always go on the offensive if the person I just ignored calls me from another line. I accuse them of deceit. I tell them to respect the fact that I may have a good reason for not wanting to pick their call.

  19. @ Esi ... Naa tends to comment in Ghanaian text/pidgin english, and in that, boring can mean annoying.
