Oh wahala! I hear the problem was more with the tone than with the intent (of the letter)! I think ALL parties involved are being a tad bit dramatic, even the journalists! All the articles I've read on this issue are poignant w/ emotion... i still don't get the facts, and the whole uproar!
Pity for the surgeon, sorry for all heart patients. Nice way to treat a man who sweated to set up a centre and then donated it virtually free of charge. Lessons lessons lessons!
