Village Flower

I was enchanted by a vestal village girl with an apocalypse body. In the magical moonlight spraying the countryside, she was skipping, frisking and entertaining among twenty craving ‘cannibals’. She performed with unawareness and white innocence – the same colour as her quivering quarter skirt. I did not want to go back to Accra.

The dark spot in which they were standing under a country-size tree was itself 'impure', but I guess it is the interplay of perfection and flaws that was disarming!

I didn't put her in the car because it would burst my bubble. She was a mystical figure for me in the 3 seconds I saw her. Something about her in real life would have brought my helium balloon crashing back to Earth.

We should do some joint research on mental/psychological crimes, such as mental kidnapping. I'M GUILTY!

Nooooo, the 'cannibals' would have lynched me and torched Marion!

It ends on Anti-Rhythm. A surreal moment captured in words forever. That's the way it should end, no?
