Kube Cake

Coconut shavings desiccated and roasted in golden sunrays; devilishly varnished in creamy caramel; ‘butterly’ balled up before it cools and crystallises. Textured, golden globes of pleasure.

  4. Maxine, I don't know what Coconut Macaroons taste like, but I was thinking the ingredient of sweetened, condensed milk would make them taste wonderful. But, you having tasted both, I will take your word for it! ;)

  8. Yes, Raine, Nkate cake is delicious. But, because they are siblings, I may not write about them. I am filling this week with Ghanaian 'finger food', and I may not have space for everything. Of course, if you will give me ideas on what foods to write about, I could extend the period to 2 weeks. ;-)
