Loving Marion
Suddenly, I love Marion! I’m taken with her, enamoured, besotted. I carry a torch for every cutesy bit of her sleek, metallic sexiness. I divined this unthinkable, until Hades frosted over, when I reluctantly let darling Maxine go. But, like Maxine, Marion is a fastidiously faithful girl, once she warms her trust to you; and if you treat her really right. And, lately, there must be something sublime about the gorgeous girl, for people have uttered such great fancies about her, and that has tenderly turned me around.

I am really enthralled by the names you are bandying around this morning. I really want one in my heart, soul and mind...one that would capture me whole and put to test my love...Has anyone read 'Not Without Flowers' by Amma Darko? There is a lot of addiction in this book...
ReplyDeleteUm, Nana F, I have not read 'Not Without Flowers', but as you recommend it for sublime addiction, I will try and get it. :)
ReplyDeleteFYI, Maxine and Marion are cars! :)
hahahaha My mind never went that far...perhaps it is because of my twisted mind...lol...okay so ever read Christine by Stephen King? Try it if you love psychological thriller...
ReplyDeleteAbove all a boy has got to shower love on his toys. Lol
ReplyDeleteHow best to do that than give them names that conjure supreme sexiness.
In my book Maxine and Marion are obvious names for thoroughbred horses. Not bad names for macho speedsters with brutal horsepower!
Do not exactly like Stephen King, but as you recommend it, I will look for 'Christine' too. :)
ReplyDeleteHey Posekyere Man, nice comment. But while Maxine was a delicate little thing, a compact car, Marion is, for sure, a speedster with 'brutal horsepower'. But I seldom work her that hard. :)
ReplyDeleteMarion must be one of the FEW faithful girls around nowadays. I sincerely don't know which one should come first. Is it the good treatment from the guy that should be rewarded by faithfulness from the girl or should faithfulness rather be the precedent to good treatment
ReplyDeleteNana, I think you have always loved Marion, otherwise you will never have let go of Maxine. Plus your eyes light up when you talk about Marion! You just didn't realise it at first.
ReplyDeleteEdward, I beg you, I am not of the opinion that few girls are faithful today. About your question, I believe good treatment and faithfulness should be simultaneous
ReplyDeleteIf you say so, Savvy. The glint in the eye (you see) had not been felt in the heart until recently.
ReplyDeleteMetallic sexiness. Ha ha. I like that.
ReplyDeleteAaaawwwww....I'm so happy for Marion...
ReplyDeleteThanks, Raine.
ReplyDeleteI know who you are, Anon!
ReplyDeleteSo jealous of Marion lol!.But i can't deny she's a magnificent sight, sexy hmmmmmm..... a little ;-)
ReplyDeletegrrr... I vex!...lol... why u gotta ditch Maxine for Marion! Marion! it's a freaking Unisex name! and it means warlike or bitter! Not sexy enough!(Hrmmmph... stomps off with arms folded and lower lip sticking out!)...psych... glad it's a car... or so you say! She'll torment you endlessly! i hope...(evil laughter ensues--mwahahaha) You said so yourself "But, like Maxine, Marion is a fastidiously faithful girl, once she warms her trust to you; and if you treat her really right." You did not treat her well!!!...this little post has got me manic!grrr
ReplyDeletei miss Maxine but i cant wait to have a feel of sexy Marion..
ReplyDeleteThanks lucci, you know my babe.
ReplyDeleteOh Maxine (the woman), I still love Maxine (the car). She was super company. But I had to give her away to get Marion, who is fast becoming wonderful company. And, as you know, you cannot love two 'people' at the same time :(
ReplyDeleteI hear you, Anon. Identify yourself, and maybe we can arrange for you to meet Marion.
ReplyDeleteLOL.. All for some metallic sexiness.... That must be some piece of metal bro..
