Sorry pal! The issue of accountabilty is clearly the missing part. With the telecoms sector becoming more competitive, let us hope that this degree of ineptitude will fade out.
Very interesting poem. Thursday night/Friday morning. We had a 3am housecall by 3 members of MWTAG (Machete Wielding Thieves Association of Ghana) who broke in demanding mobile phones and money...mmm tried to make an emergency call but alas..The network was down.
Sorry pal!
